Angel Juicer Grinding"Housing" - in Surgical-Grade Stainless Steel

The Grinding Housing is made from surgical-grade stainless steel and allows you to grind and homogenize different ingredients. With this attachment, you can make things like homemade sorbet, sauces, hummus, salsa, and more.

Difference between Food Grade and Surgical Grade stainless steel

• Chemical Composition of Stainless Steel Alloy
• SUS-304 (Food grade) : Chromium 18%, Nickel 8%
• SUS-316 (Surgical grade) : Chromium 16%, Nickel 10%, Molybdenum 2%,
• SUS-316 surgical grade stainless steel is more resistant to sea salt, seawater, and de-icing salts.
• NOTE: the two grades of stainless steel described above are safe, won't leach, won't react with food, and won't rust.

Note: For making Nut Butter, we recommend the Nut Butter Attachment (also called "Grinding housing for Nut Butter") because it offershigher pressure to handle hard ingredients like nuts.
