TECHNIQUE TIPS
With iPrime, less is more! Use Concealer Brush to smooth a small amount over eyelids. It should be transparent, not thick. Apply Colour Pro Eyeshadow, Shimmer Dust or Colour Flash as usual, over the top of iPrime.
